Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
- About 1/2 a medium sized cauliflower, chopped
- 2-3 small potatoes
- 3-4 T ghee
- 1 t fresh gingerroot, minced
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 t coriander powder
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 t turmeric
- salt
PREPARATION:
- Heat the ghee on high heat and chaunce the ginger until browned. Then add cumin and fry until brown,. Add remining spices.
- Stir in the vegetables and sautee in ghee and spices a few minutes
- Add water to just barely covering the veggies.
- Cover and cook on high heat until almost all the water has evaporated.
- Add salt and offer to Krishna with love.
VARIATION: Stir in some sour cream!
