PREPARATION:
- Mango, peel and pit removed
- 6-8 T sugar
- 2 c water
- 2 c yogurt or buttermilk
- Pinches of ginger powder (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Boil sugar in 1 cup of water until dissolved. Cool
- Blend mango pulp with remaining water.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Offer to Krishna with breakfast, lunch or anytime snack
