INGREDIENTS:
Chapatis
Ghee
Hing
Black pepper
Tomatoes, deseeded and skins removed and chopped into chunks
Italian seasoning
Italian seasoning
Salt
Sugar
PREPARATION:
In hot ghee, chaunce generous amount of hing.
Toss in the tomatoes and stir fry a few minutes on high heat while adding generously salt (paneer is unsalted) and pepper, Italian seasoning, and sugar.
Cover and cook on lowered heat heat until the tomatoes are tender and a little drier.
Spread onto chapatis while still very hot and top with grated paneer.
These can be served as many pizzas or folded as sandwiches
